In the app

  1. Open Grand Slate and sign in.
  2. Tap your picture, then under Settings tap Delete account (it opens My details; the delete is at the bottom).
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in to your club.
  2. Open your Profile, then the Security tab.
  3. Choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes it from every club you belong to, right away: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, profile photo, password and two-step sign-in, signed-in devices, notification settings, referee profile and certificates, your contact details on volunteer, referee and support records, and your links to players. You're signed out everywhere and can't sign in again afterwards.

What clubs keep

Clubs keep their own records of past schedules, volunteer hours and registrations, shown as “Deleted user” with no personal details. Waivers you signed are kept as signed, with the name you signed with, because they are legal records. Player records you added belong to the club's roster; ask the club to remove them. Payment records are kept as tax and accounting law requires. If you're the only admin of a club, make another member an admin or delete the club first.
